Scheduled
As part of our regular maintenance and continuous improvement works, we will be carrying out software upgrades on all our core infrastructure in two Data Centres to allow for additional stability and further growth on 17 September 2017 from 14h00 - 17h00 (UTC+2).

- We will be rolling out important software upgrades which will provide additional security, stability and capacity for current and new services. We have two redundant Data Centres in two separate geographical locations. The upgrades will happen one leg at a time, in order to minimise the risk and impact of service disruption.

- All of the work will be completed by our most experienced SMSPortal engineers.

- As with any upgrade or maintenance work, the risk profile of the platform is increased throughout. This maintenance has been classified as low risk with service disruption of up to 30 minutes per server during the maintenance window period. No messages or data will be lost, it will all be staged during the maintenance leg for that particular server and resume once the maintenance is completed.

Please feel free to monitor https://status.smsportal.com during this time to stay up to date on the progress.
