Telkom Mobile SA are currently experiencing technical issues on their SMSCs causing outbound messages to fail. As a result, customers may be receiving a delivery status of "UNDELIV" for messages towards Telkom Mobile SA.
Type: Delivery Degradation Issue Start Time: 16 Apr 2023 @ 22:07 (UTC+2) Impact: Customers may experience irregular delivery with inconsistent delivery times when sending to Telkom Mobile SA.
