Service Degradation - Outbound SMS
Resolved - Our Engineers have identified an issue with a database that resulted in delays in the processing of outbound messages. The issue has been resolved at 09:06 (UTC+2) and we are continuing to monitor the platform closely.

We are reviewing preventative measures with our technical team to reduce the likelihood of this occurring again.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing a delay in the processing of outbound messages from our queues. Our Engineers are actively investigating the issue and working to identify the root cause.
