Two of our core Data Centres experienced outbound connectivity issues between 18:57 (UTC+2) and 19:24 (UTC+2) which may have resulted in outbound message delays.

Issue End Time: 12 Jan 2024 @ 19:24 (UTC+2)
Impact: During the specified timeframe, the outbound connectivity from two of our core Data Centres was unstable. This may have resulted in messages remaining in a queued state and waiting to be processed.
