Cell C have informed us that the issue has been resolved. All affected messages have been resubmitted on behalf of our customers.

Investigating
Cell C is rejecting a small portion of outbound messages. As a result, customers may be receiving an incorrect delivery status of "UNDELIV" for these messages. Once resolved, any messages with the incorrect status will be resubmitted at no cost to our clients.
Type: Inaccurate DLR Status Impact: Customers may experience irregular delivery with inconsistent delivery statuses when sending to the Cell C network.
